Many events are held during the year at Bear's Mill to celebrate various occasions. These events are important fund raising opportunities. Please support us and have fun at the same time!

Artists to begin exhibiting in April

Meet the artists, learn about their work, and take this
opportunity to pick up an exclusive gift for someone special.

April through December - Art Exhibits at the Mill

A special artist will be featured each month on the first floor of the Mill.  An Artist’s reception will be held on the first Friday of each month from 6-9 pm.  View our complete list or ask for your copy at the Mill.

Spring Open House
May 3-4 (Sat. & Sun. 11a-5p)

Just in time for Mother's Day shopping.  Many new and appealing items await your perusal: you'll have a difficult time not buying for yourself!  New selections of the local handmade pottery, jewelry and accessories, garden, gifts, and gourmet.

Our Legendary Fall Open House
October 4-5 (Sat. & Sun. 11a-5p)

Enjoy the Mill at its best time of the year--autumn! Delicious fall cuisine, live music, falling leaves, tours of the Mill, pumpkins, crunchy walks along the river and exceptional shopping.  You’ll find new groups of handmade pottery by the Bear’s Mill Potters and many distinctive gift and gourmet selections to delight the eye!

Christmas Preview
November 22-23 (Sat. & Sun. 11a-5p)

The shop at the Mill will be ready in its' full holiday attire for your perusal! Enjoy a 10% discount off all merchandise this weekend. Members of the non-profit organization will receive a 20% off discount.  Don’t miss this chance to kick off the holiday shopping season!

Candlelight Open House
December 5 (Friday 6p-10p)

A chill in the air, the aroma of fresh cedar, luminaries reflecting off the water, a crackling bonfire in the woods, hot chocolate and nibblies; all this adds to the romance of a  holiday evening in the country. Enjoy your time at this rural historic landmark and get the feel of a true old fashioned Christmas.  The Friends of Bear's Mill non-profit are doing this event for your enjoyment. Please leave them some Christmas cheer in the donation box on your way out!
